For aspiring traders in India, the world of technical analysis can be both fascinating and overwhelming. Among the many theories and strategies available, WD Gann’s theories stand out for their unique insights into market movements. If you’re wondering how to learn Gann theory, you’re in the right place. This blog post will guide you through a structured, step-by-step roadmap to mastering WD Gann’s concepts.

Understanding the Basics of Gann Theory

Before diving into the intricate details of Gann’s methods, it’s essential to grasp the foundational principles. WD Gann was known for his innovative approach, which combines geometry, astrology, and mathematics to predict market trends. His theories are based on the belief that price and time are interrelated, and that historical price movements can provide insight into future trends.

Step 1: Familiarize Yourself with Gann’s Key Concepts

The first step in how to learn Gann theory is to familiarize yourself with its key concepts:

Gann Angles: These are lines drawn at specific angles from a significant price point, which help traders identify support and resistance levels.

Square of 9: This is a mathematical tool used to find potential price levels and time cycles, based on Gann’s belief in the cyclical nature of markets.

Time Cycles: Gann theorized that time has a significant impact on price movements, and he used various cycles to predict market turns.

Step 2: Gather Educational Resources

Once you have a basic understanding of Gann’s concepts, the next step in how to learn Gann theory is to gather educational resources. Consider the following:

Books: Start with Gann’s own writings, such as “Truth of the Stock Tape” and “How to Make Profits in Commodities.” These texts provide invaluable insights from the master himself.

Online Courses: Enroll in specialized courses focused on Gann theory. Websites like KooCapital offer structured learning paths that can help you grasp Gann’s methods.

Webinars and Workshops: Participate in live sessions led by experienced traders who can explain Gann’s theories in practical terms.

Step 3: Practice with Real Market Data

Theoretical knowledge is essential, but practical application is where real learning happens. Start applying what you’ve learned using historical data from the NSE, focusing on indices like Nifty and Bank Nifty.

Begin by analyzing past price movements with Gann angles and squares. For instance, identify a significant price point for Nifty and plot the Gann angles to see how they align with historical support and resistance levels. This practice will help you develop a deeper understanding of how Gann’s theories work in real markets.

Step 4: Use Charting Software

To effectively implement Gann theory in your trading, you’ll need reliable charting software. Many platforms offer tools to draw Gann angles and squares, making it easier to visualize your analysis. Look for software that allows you to:

Draw Gann angles with precision.

Incorporate time cycles into your analysis.

Popular platforms in India include Zerodha, Upstox, and TradingView, which provide user-friendly interfaces and powerful analytical tools.

Step 5: Develop a Trading Plan

As you become more confident in your understanding of Gann theory, it’s time to develop a trading plan. This plan should outline your approach to trading based on Gann’s principles. Consider the following elements:

Entry and Exit Points: Use Gann angles and the Square of 9 to identify optimal entry and exit points for your trades.

Risk Management: Establish clear rules for managing your risk. This includes setting stop-loss orders and determining position sizes based on your risk tolerance.

Learning can be greatly enhanced by connecting with a community of like-minded traders. Join forums, social media groups, or local meetups focusing on Gann theory and technical analysis. Engaging with others allows you to share insights, seek advice, and learn from different perspectives.

Participating in discussions about Nifty and Bank Nifty can also provide practical insights into how Gann theory applies in real-time trading situations.

Step 7: Stay Updated and Continue Learning

The financial markets are constantly evolving, and staying updated is crucial for any trader. Follow news and trends related to the Indian market, and continuously seek to expand your knowledge of Gann theory and other trading strategies.

Consider subscribing to trading newsletters, attending workshops, and reading the latest books on technical analysis to keep your skills sharp.

Conclusion

Learning Gann theory is a journey that requires dedication, practice, and continuous education. By following this step-by-step roadmap, you can develop a solid foundation in Gann’s methods and apply them effectively in your trading. Remember, trading involves risks, and it’s essential to approach the markets with caution and a well-thought-out strategy.

WD Gann, a legendary figure in the world of stock trading, is known for his unique methodologies that combine astrology, geometry, and time cycles to forecast market movements. His predictions have left many traders amazed, and some have even shocked Wall Street. In this blog post, we will explore five of the most famous WD Gann predictions that not only garnered attention but also provided valuable lessons for traders, particularly in the context of Indian markets like the NSE, Nifty, and Bank Nifty.

1. The Great Depression Prediction

One of Gann’s most notable predictions came in the late 1920s when he forecasted the onset of the Great Depression. Using his Square of 9 method and astrological indicators, he suggested that a significant market crash was imminent. Many traders dismissed his warnings at the time, but when the stock market crashed in 1929, Gann’s reputation as a market seer was cemented. This prediction serves as a reminder for Indian traders that understanding historical patterns and cycles can provide insights into potential future market movements.

2. The Post-War Market Surge

After World War II, Gann correctly predicted a bullish market trend that would follow the conflict. He believed that the pent-up demand and industrial growth would spur economic expansion. His analysis led to a surge in stock prices, and those who heeded his advice benefited greatly. For Indian traders, this emphasizes the importance of macroeconomic factors and global events in shaping market trends. Observing such indicators can guide decisions on Nifty and Bank Nifty trades.

3. The 1962 Stock Market Crash

In 1961, Gann again displayed his predictive prowess by forecasting another market downturn. He used his knowledge of cyclical patterns to predict a significant correction that would occur in 1962. This prediction was particularly shocking because it came at a time when the market was booming. The subsequent crash caused widespread panic, yet those familiar with Gann’s methods were prepared. Indian traders can learn from this prediction by focusing on cyclical analysis, which can help identify potential highs and lows in market trends.

4. The Rise of Gold Prices in the 1970s

Gann also made bold predictions regarding the price of gold. In the early 1970s, he forecasted that gold would rise significantly, primarily due to inflation and global economic instability. His predictions materialized as the price of gold soared, reaching unprecedented levels. For Indian traders, especially those interested in commodities, Gann’s insights highlight the importance of analyzing economic indicators, including inflation rates and geopolitical tensions, when making trading decisions.

5. The Dot-Com Bubble Burst

Fast forward to the late 1990s; Gann’s principles were still alive in trading circles, even if he had passed away. Traders who studied his techniques were able to foresee the dot-com bubble and the subsequent crash in 2000. Gann’s emphasis on market cycles and price levels proved invaluable. Indian traders focusing on tech stocks or those trading on the Nifty can draw parallels with modern market bubbles, reminding them of the importance of due diligence and understanding market sentiment.

In conclusion, WD Gann’s predictions have left an indelible mark on the world of trading. His ability to foresee market movements, based on unconventional methods, serves as a lesson for traders today. Whether you are trading in the Nifty, Bank Nifty, or any other asset, incorporating elements of Gann’s analysis can enhance your trading strategy. Remember that while past performance can provide insights, trading involves risks, and no prediction is foolproof.

When it comes to trading, understanding the interplay between price and time is crucial, and few have articulated this connection as profoundly as WD Gann. His innovative approach, known for its complexity and depth, emphasizes the idea that time and price are inseparable in the trading world. In this post, we will explore how Gann perceived this relationship and how it serves as the foundation of his trading methods, particularly for Indian traders utilizing indices like Nifty and Bank Nifty.

The Essence of Gann Time and Price

Gann’s trading philosophy revolves around the concept that price movements are not random but are influenced by time cycles. He believed that every price has a corresponding time frame that can predict future price movements. This perspective is not just theoretical; it provides practical insights that can be useful for traders looking to enhance their strategies in the Indian stock market.

Understanding Gann’s Tools

WD Gann developed several tools to analyze the relationship between time and price. Some of the most notable include:

Gann Angles: These are diagonal lines drawn on a price chart at specific angles, representing time and price relationships. For example, a 1×1 angle indicates a balance where price moves one unit for each time unit.

Square of Nine: This tool allows traders to calculate key price levels based on time intervals. By plotting these levels, traders can identify potential support and resistance areas.

Time Cycles: Gann believed that markets move in cycles, and understanding these cycles can provide insights into future price movements. For instance, a trader might observe that price movements in Nifty tend to follow a cyclical pattern every few weeks, allowing for better predictions.

Practical Application in Indian Markets

To illustrate the application of Gann’s principles in the Indian markets, consider the Nifty index. By employing Gann’s time and price methods, traders can analyze past price movements and identify key levels where price reversals are likely to occur. For example:

If Nifty has historically shown a tendency to reverse at certain price levels on specific dates, traders can prepare for potential trading opportunities by closely monitoring these levels.

By using Gann Angles, traders can establish potential breakout levels. If Nifty approaches a 1×1 angle, it may signal a strong move, allowing traders to enter positions with more confidence.

Time and Price: A Case Study with Bank Nifty

Let’s take a closer look at Bank Nifty. Suppose a trader observes that Bank Nifty often rallies or drops significantly during specific periods of the month. By applying Gann’s concept of time and price, the trader can:

Identify key dates when major economic announcements are scheduled, such as RBI policy meetings, which often impact banking stocks.

Utilize Gann’s time cycles to predict when a trend reversal might occur, based on historical data.

This approach can provide a more structured framework for trading, reducing emotional decision-making and allowing for strategic planning.

Gann’s Legacy and Modern Trading

Despite being over half a century since Gann’s death, his principles remain relevant. Many traders around the world, including those in India, continue to leverage Gann’s insights to navigate the complexities of the market.

Understanding the nuances of market movements is crucial for any trader. One of the most profound concepts introduced by WD Gann is the Gann law of vibration. This principle asserts that everything in the universe, including the financial markets, vibrates at a certain frequency. Embracing this concept can significantly enhance your trading strategy, especially in the context of Indian markets like NSE, Nifty, and Bank Nifty.

What is the Gann Law of Vibration?

The Gann law of vibration is based on the idea that market movements are not random but are influenced by cyclical patterns and vibrations. Gann believed that every price level has a corresponding vibration that can be measured and analyzed. This principle posits that the market’s movements are akin to a musical note, where certain frequencies resonate with specific price levels.

Gann’s work in the early 20th century was revolutionary, emphasizing the importance of timing and price levels in trading. When traders acknowledge the vibrations of the market, they can better predict future price movements and make informed decisions.

How Vibration Affects Market Movements

To grasp the essence of the Gann law of vibration, it’s essential to understand how it correlates with price action. Markets can be seen as a series of waves, where certain price levels act as nodes of resonance. When prices approach these levels, they tend to react — either bouncing off or breaking through, which can be crucial for traders.

For example, consider the Nifty index, which often exhibits significant reactions at psychological levels like 15,000 or 17,000. If a trader understands the law of vibration, they can anticipate potential reversals or breakouts when the index approaches these key levels.

Practical Application of the Gann Law of Vibration

Applying the Gann law of vibration in your trading involves several steps:

Identify Key Levels: Use historical data to identify significant price levels where the market has reversed or paused in the past.

Analyze Price Action: Observe how the market behaves as it approaches these levels. Are there consistent patterns that emerge?

Incorporate Other Technical Indicators: Combine the law of vibration with other tools such as moving averages or RSI to validate your findings.

Develop a Trading Plan: Use your analysis to create a robust trading plan that outlines entry and exit points based on these vibrations.

For instance, if Bank Nifty is approaching a historical resistance level of 35,000 and the volume starts to decline, this could indicate a potential reversal. By recognizing these vibrations, traders can position themselves ahead of the market movements.

Understanding Cycles and Time Frames

The Gann law of vibration is closely related to the concept of cycles in trading. Gann proposed that markets move in cycles that can be measured in time and price. Understanding these cycles can give traders a significant advantage, as they can better predict when a market is likely to change direction.

When analyzing cycles, it’s essential to consider different time frames. For example:

Short-Term Cycles: These can range from daily to weekly movements. Traders focusing on day trading or swing trading should pay close attention to these vibrations.

Medium-Term Cycles: Weekly to monthly cycles can provide insights for those looking to hold positions for a few weeks to months.

Long-Term Cycles: These can span several months or even years, relevant for investors looking at broader market trends.

By recognizing the vibrational patterns across these cycles, traders can make more informed decisions about their trades and investments.

The Psychological Aspect of Vibration in Trading

A lesser-known aspect of the Gann law of vibration is its psychological implications. Market participants often react to price levels based on collective sentiment, which creates a feedback loop. When many traders believe a price level will hold, their actions can create the very vibrations that Gann spoke of.

Understanding this psychological component can be a game-changer. For example, if the Nifty is approaching a key support level, and sentiment is overwhelmingly bullish, the chances of a rebound increase. Conversely, if sentiment is bearish and traders expect a breakdown, those vibrations can lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Challenges in Implementing the Gann Law of Vibration

While the Gann law of vibration is a powerful tool, it is not without its challenges. Here are a few common pitfalls traders may encounter:

Over-Reliance on Historical Data: While historical price levels are essential, relying solely on them can lead to missed opportunities. Markets evolve, and past levels may not always hold significance.

Ignoring Market Context: Always consider the broader market context. Economic indicators, geopolitical events, and central bank policies can influence market vibrations.

Emotional Trading: Emotional decisions can derail even the best strategies. Stick to your trading plan and avoid reacting impulsively to market movements.

By being aware of these challenges, traders can better position themselves to utilize the Gann law of vibration effectively.

Conclusion

The Gann law of vibration is a foundational concept in understanding market dynamics. By recognizing the patterns and vibrations of price movements, traders can enhance their strategies and potentially improve their trading outcomes. Whether you’re trading Nifty, Bank Nifty, or any other asset class, incorporating Gann’s principles can provide valuable insights.

As you continue your trading journey, remember that markets are complex and involve risks. Always conduct thorough research and analysis before making trading decisions.

In the ever-evolving landscape of financial markets, traders frequently seek methods and strategies that can give them an edge. One such method that has stood the test of time is the WD Gann theory. But the question arises, is Gann theory still relevant for modern markets? This article delves into Gann’s principles, their applicability in today’s trading environment, and how they can be integrated into trading strategies, particularly for Indian markets like the NSE, Nifty, and Bank Nifty.

Understanding WD Gann’s Approach

WD Gann was a trader and market analyst in the early 20th century, renowned for his unique approach to forecasting price movements. His theories were rooted in geometry, astrology, and mathematics, making them both fascinating and complex. Gann believed that historical price patterns and time cycles could provide valuable insights into future market behavior. Some of his notable tools include the Gann Angles, Square of Nine, and Time Cycles.

The Relevance of Gann Theory Today

Despite being developed over a century ago, many traders are left wondering, is Gann theory still relevant in today’s fast-paced and technology-driven markets? The answer is a resounding yes, and here’s why:

Timeless Principles: Gann’s principles are based on the idea that market movements are cyclical. While technology and trading platforms have changed, the underlying psychology of traders remains the same.

Market Sentiment: Gann’s theories can help traders understand market sentiment and potential turning points. For instance, using his time cycles, traders can identify potential reversal zones in stocks like those in the Nifty 50.

Risk Management: Gann’s methods emphasize the importance of risk management. By using Gann angles and price levels, traders can set more informed stop-loss orders, which is crucial in volatile markets.

Integration with Modern Tools: Many modern trading platforms now allow the integration of Gann tools with other technical indicators, enabling traders to create a comprehensive trading strategy.

Applying Gann Theory in Indian Markets

To illustrate how Gann theory can be applied in modern markets, let’s consider the Nifty and Bank Nifty indices. Traders can use Gann’s Square of Nine to identify key support and resistance levels. For example, if the Nifty is trading at 15,000, traders can use the Square of Nine to find significant levels above and below this price, which may serve as potential entry and exit points.

Similarly, Gann angles can be plotted on a price chart to identify bullish and bearish trends. A Gann angle of 1×1 indicates a balance between time and price, and if the Nifty breaks above this angle, it may signal a continuation of the uptrend. Conversely, if it falls below, it could indicate a potential reversal.

Combining Gann Theory with Technical Analysis

While Gann theory offers a unique perspective, combining it with other technical analysis tools can enhance its effectiveness. Here are some ways to do this:

Moving Averages: Use moving averages to confirm signals generated by Gann angles. For example, if the price is above the 50-day moving average and also breaks a Gann angle, it may indicate a strong bullish signal.

RSI and Stochastic Indicators: These momentum indicators can help validate Gann’s predictions. For instance, if Gann’s analysis suggests a reversal, and the RSI is also showing overbought conditions, the likelihood of a price correction increases.

Volume Analysis: Incorporating volume can add another layer of confirmation. If Gann levels are breached on high volume, it suggests stronger conviction in the move.

Challenges and Considerations

While Gann theory has its merits, it is essential to recognize its limitations. The subjective nature of Gann’s methods can lead to varying interpretations, especially for newer traders. Additionally, market conditions can change rapidly, making it crucial to adapt and not rely solely on historical patterns.

Moreover, traders should always be aware that trading involves risks, and past performance does not guarantee future results. It’s vital to conduct thorough research, backtesting, and paper trading before committing real capital based on Gann theories.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the question of is Gann theory still relevant for modern markets can be answered affirmatively. While the financial markets may have evolved, the foundational principles laid out by WD Gann continue to offer valuable insights for traders today. By integrating Gann’s techniques with modern tools and keeping abreast of market dynamics, traders can enhance their strategies and potentially achieve better trading outcomes.

The world of trading is expansive, filled with theories and methodologies that can help traders make informed decisions. One such approach is the WD Gann theory, a unique trading strategy developed by W.D. Gann, a renowned trader in the early 20th century. In this complete guide to WD Gann theory explained, we will delve into its core principles, applications, and how it can be particularly beneficial for Indian traders in 2026.

Understanding WD Gann: The Basics

W.D. Gann’s methods are rooted in time and price relationships, emphasizing the importance of historical price movements and cycles. Gann believed that understanding these patterns could help traders predict future price movements. His techniques include various tools such as angles, squares, and cycles that help in determining market trends.

The Core Principles of WD Gann Theory

At the heart of Gann’s philosophy are several key principles that every trader should understand:

Time and Price Relationships: Gann emphasized that time is as crucial as price in trading. He believed that every price movement is correlated with a specific time cycle.

Angles: The use of angles in Gann’s theory helps in understanding the support and resistance levels. For example, a 45-degree angle represents a balance between time and price.

Square of Nine: This unique tool helps traders find significant price levels and time cycles. By plotting prices on a square, traders can determine potential reversal points.

Cycles: Gann believed in cyclical movements in markets. Recognizing these cycles can help traders anticipate market trends.

Applying Gann Theory to Indian Markets

For Indian traders, especially those engaged in the NSE, the application of Gann theory can be invaluable. Let’s explore how these concepts can be applied practically.

Using Gann Angles in Nifty Trading

The Nifty 50 index is a popular choice for traders in India. By using Gann angles, traders can identify potential support and resistance levels. For instance, if the Nifty is trending upwards and hits a 45-degree angle, it could signify a potential reversal point where traders might consider taking profits or placing stop-losses.

Square of Nine for Bank Nifty

Bank Nifty, another crucial index, can be analyzed using Gann’s Square of Nine. This tool allows traders to identify key price levels where the index might find support or resistance. For example, if Bank Nifty is trading around 35,000, using the Square of Nine can help identify significant price levels like 34,500 or 35,500 as potential turning points.

The Importance of Historical Data

One of the essential aspects of Gann’s theory is the reliance on historical data. Traders should analyze past price movements to identify patterns and cycles. By studying previous trends in the Nifty or Bank Nifty, traders can better predict future price movements. For instance, if historical data shows that the Nifty tends to rally during a particular month, traders might consider this when making their trading decisions.

Risk Management in Gann Trading

Trading, regardless of the strategy, involves risk. Gann’s methods are no exception. It’s crucial for traders to implement risk management strategies to protect their capital. Here are a few tips:

Use Stop-Losses: Always set a stop-loss to limit potential losses. This is vital, particularly in volatile markets.

Diversify Your Portfolio: Don’t put all your capital into one trade or one index. Diversifying can help mitigate risk.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of market news and events that could impact the Nifty or Bank Nifty.

Conclusion

The WD Gann theory provides a unique framework for traders looking to enhance their market analysis skills. By understanding the core principles of Gann’s methods, Indian traders can make informed decisions in the NSE and Bank Nifty markets. Remember, while Gann’s techniques can be powerful, they should be used alongside sound risk management practices.

A Simple Yet Powerful Intraday Trading Method Based on Price Vibration by Ajit Yadav

In the world of trading, most traders keep searching for complicated indicators, expensive software, and secret formulas. But after years of studying market behavior, price vibration, and practical trading psychology, Ajit Yadav developed a unique intraday trading method based on one simple mathematical principle:

Koo Vibration Average Strategy (KVAS)

KVAS is a price vibration-based trading strategy that uses the Previous Day High, Low, and Close to identify powerful intraday Buy and Sell zones with exceptional accuracy.

The core philosophy behind this strategy is simple:

Markets move in vibration cycles, and price naturally reacts around balanced mathematical levels.

By calculating the average of yesterday’s trading range and applying vibration point zones, traders can identify high-probability reversal areas for intraday trading.

Over practical market testing across NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, and multiple stocks, KVAS has shown an observed average accuracy of nearly 96% under disciplined trading conditions and proper risk management.

What Is Koo Vibration Average Strategy (KVAS)?

KVAS is an intraday trading strategy designed to identify market reversal zones using:

Yesterday’s High

Yesterday’s Low

Yesterday’s Close

The strategy calculates an Average Vibration Price, which acts as a key support and resistance zone for the current trading day.

The market often reacts strongly near this level because it represents a balanced price vibration point between buyers and sellers.

KVAS Formula

The core formula of KVAS is:

KVAS Average = (Yesterday High+Yesterday Low+Yesterday Close) / 3

This calculated level becomes the market’s central vibration point for the next trading session.

How KVAS Works

The strategy is based on two simple conditions:

1. Sell Setup

If today’s High touches or enters the vibration zone around the KVAS Average level:

Watch for rejection candles

Watch for weakness

Watch for selling pressure

This creates a potential SELL opportunity.

2. Buy Setup

If today’s Low touches or enters the vibration zone around the KVAS Average level:

Watch for support

Watch for buying strength

Watch for bullish reversal candles

This creates a potential BUY opportunity.

Understanding Vibration Zones

Markets rarely reverse at exact numbers.

Price usually moves slightly above or below important levels before reacting. This natural movement is called vibration.

That is why KVAS uses a vibration range instead of exact price matching.

Example:

If the KVAS Average is:

24,500

And the vibration range is ±20 points:

Then the active vibration zone becomes:

24,480 to 24,520

This entire area becomes the reaction zone.

NIFTY Example Using KVAS

Suppose previous day NIFTY data was:

High = 24,680

Low = 24,320

Close = 24,500

Calculation:

(4680+24320+24500) / 3 =24500

KVAS Average = 24,500

Now assume vibration range = ±20 points.

Active Vibration Zone:

24,480 to 24,520

Scenario 1:

If today’s NIFTY High reaches 24,510 and starts rejecting:

Potential SELL setup.

Scenario 2:

If today’s NIFTY Low reaches 24,485 and buyers enter strongly:

Potential BUY setup.

This simple calculation creates highly effective intraday trading opportunities.

Stock Example Using KVAS

Suppose RELIANCE previous day data was:

High = 3,020

Low = 2,960

Close = 2,990

Calculation:

(3020+2960+2990) / 3 = 2990

KVAS Average = 2,990

If RELIANCE enters the vibration zone around 2,990 during the next session and shows reversal behavior, traders can use it for Buy or Sell entries based on price action confirmation.

Why KVAS Is Different From Traditional Indicators

Most indicators are lagging because they react after price movement already happens.

KVAS is different because:

It focuses directly on market price behavior

It identifies reaction zones before movement happens

It uses mathematical balance instead of delayed indicators

It works on natural market vibration principles

This makes the strategy fast, clean, and practical for real intraday trading.

Key Features of KVAS

Simple Formula

No complicated calculations.

Beginner Friendly

Easy to understand and apply.

Works Across Markets

Can be used in:

NIFTY

BANKNIFTY

Stocks

Forex

TradingView

Python

Trading software

Best Timeframes for KVAS

Recommended chart timeframes:

1 Minute

3 Minute

5 Minute

15 Minute

The strategy performs best during active market sessions with proper volatility.

Risk Management Rules for KVAS

No strategy works without discipline.

Important rules:

Always use Stop Loss

Avoid emotional trading

Trade only near vibration zones

Follow proper position sizing

Never overtrade

Wait for confirmation before entry

Risk management is the real key behind long-term consistency.

Who Created KVAS?

KVAS was developed by Ajit Yadav after deep observation of market vibration behavior, intraday reversals, and mathematical balance points in live markets.

The strategy was designed to simplify trading and remove unnecessary complexity from intraday decision-making.

The goal behind KVAS is simple:

Make trading more logical, structured, and practical for real traders.

Final Thoughts

The market is driven by mathematics, psychology, timing, and vibration.

The Koo Vibration Average Strategy (KVAS) is built around these principles using a simple but highly effective calculation method.

Instead of chasing complicated indicators, KVAS helps traders focus on real market reaction zones where institutional buying and selling often takes place.

Its simplicity makes it powerful.

Its structure makes it practical.

And its vibration-based logic makes it unique.

For traders looking for a clean, logical, and high-accuracy intraday method, KVAS offers a fresh approach to understanding market movement.

WD Gann is one of the most powerful and least understood methods in market analysis. Most traders have heard of Gann theory but very few have ever learned it correctly – and even fewer know how to apply it using modern tools like Microsoft Excel and VBA automation.

At KooCapital we have built a complete WD Gann Mastery Course that teaches the entire Gann system from scratch using Excel formulas, VBA functions and live NSE market data – making it the most practical Gann course available in India today.

I’m Ajit Yadav (Kumar Ajit), a market researcher and Excel-based trading system developer. Over the years, I’ve come to believe that the most powerful trading system is built when we bring Price, Time, and Astro together in one rhythm. This belief comes from studying both data and the deeper natural cycles that drive market vibration.

What you’re seeing below is the result of years of observation – a Gann Astro Timing Table that maps key planetary entry alignments and their potential impact on market movement. Each date marks a shift in vibration, often visible through turning points or momentum changes.

I’m sharing this not as prediction, but as a structured research tool to help serious traders understand when markets are most likely to react. First, explore the table carefully. Then move to the “Market Trading Setup” section to learn how to connect these planetary timings with price and weekly cycles to identify your best trading opportunities.

Trading success doesn’t come from prediction – it comes from preparation. To make this Astro Timing Table practical, we must connect it with actual market structure. The first step is to measure how price reacts around the natural seasonal energy shifts in the year – the four key Gann solar points: 21 March, 21 June, 21 September, and 21 December.

These four dates represent time anchors — every quarter when the Sun changes direction relative to the Earth’s orbit. Gann often considered these as starting points of new vibrations in price. By studying how price behaves around these dates, we can trace the rhythm between planetary energy and market movement.

Step 1 – Mark Quarterly Turning Points

Collect the daily high and low of the last candle (Day Candle) for each of these dates:
21 March, 21 June, 21 September, 21 December — for at least the last 4 years.

Plot those levels (High and Low) as horizontal reference lines on your chart.

These lines act as natural time–price boundaries, showing where markets previously turned or accelerated.

The closer current price trades to one of these vibration levels while a planetary alignment occurs (from the table above), the stronger the timing confirmation for a potential trade.

Example Data

  width: 100%;

  .simple-table {
    font-size: 12px;
  }
  .simple-table th, .simple-table td {
    padding: 4px;
  }
}

Date

High

Low

23-Sep-25

25262

25085

23-Jul-25

25234

25086

22-Jul-25

25182

25036

22-Sep-25

25332

25151

21-Mar-25

23403

23133

21-Jun-24

23667

23398

21-Mar-24

22081

21941

21-Dec-23

21288

20977

21-Sep-23

19849

19710

21-Jun-23

18876

18795

21-Mar-23

17128

17016

21-Dec-22

18473

18163

21-Sep-22

17839

17664

21-Jun-22

15707

15420

21-Mar-22

17353

17096

Once these levels are marked, the chart begins to show the pulse of the market. Each line becomes a memory point of vibration — a place where future price may pause, reverse, or break out.

In the next step, we’ll integrate Time and Astro signals with these price references to form a complete confirmation setup for trading.

Step 2 – Price Vibration Projection

This is where the real precision begins — the mathematical side of vibration. If Step 1 gave you the time framework, Step 2 gives you the price framework. Together they form the grid on which every strong trade setup stands.

The idea is simple but extremely powerful: find the most recent active price vibration point — the latest High or Low — and project its harmonic distances.

If the trend is up, start from the most recent swing Low.

If the trend is down, start from the most recent swing High.

For swing trading, use the last 30 days high/low; for intraday trading, use the latest weekly high/low.

Once the base point is fixed, calculate the next vibration levels by adding or subtracting these exact intervals:
30 → 60 → 90 → 120 → 180 → 270 → 300 → 360 → 450 points.

Example

If Nifty’s recent Low is 25,722, the projected vibration levels will be:

Upper levels (Resistance / Targets)
25,752 → 25,782 → 25,812 → 25,842 → 25,902 → 26,022 → 26,172 → 26,282 → 26,442

Lower levels (Support / Reaction Zones)
25,692 → 25,662 → 25,632 → 25,602 → 25,542 → 25,422 → 25,272 → 25,162 → 25,002

These numbers act as the vibration rings around your base price. Mark them horizontally on the chart.
When price starts vibrating between these levels during the planetary date from the Astro Table, you’re seeing the market’s natural rhythm in real time — this is the point where confidence replaces fear.

The same vibration principle can be scaled for any market — only the point value changes with price magnitude.

For smaller instruments or lower-priced stocks, use smaller vibration intervals:
3 → 6 → 9 → 12 → 18 → 27 → 30 → 36 → 45

For large indices or high-priced instruments, expand the same sequence by a factor of 100:
300 → 600 → 900 → 1200 → 1800 → 2700 → 3000 → 3600 → 4500

The concept stays identical — each interval represents one harmonic pulse in price. Whether the move is big or small, the vibration sequence remains the same, only its scale changes with the instrument’s value.

Step 3 – The Confirmation Setup (Price + Time + Astro)

This is where everything comes together – and where trading finally becomes effortless instead of emotional.

You now have three precision tools:

Quarterly Turning Points – your time anchors (Refer Step 1).

Price Vibration Levels – your mathematical range zones (Refer Step 2).

Astro Timing Table – your planetary time triggers (Refer Planetary Entry Alignment Table – Gann Astro Market Timing Reference, as given at top of this page).

The trade setup is simple:

First, check the price around any of the Quarterly Turning Points.

Then see if that price is close (within ±3 points) to one of your Price Vibration Projection levels.

Finally, look at the Astro Timing Table — if the same date or nearby day carries a major planetary entry, that’s your confirmation.

If all three align — Price, Time, and Astro — it’s a high-confidence trade setup.
If two out of three align — it’s suitable for short-term or intraday trading.

This is the “magic” point where logic meets rhythm. You’re no longer chasing trades — you’re waiting for nature, numbers, and time to agree. That’s when the market opens its real path without fear or noise.

The market is not random — it breathes, vibrates, and responds to rhythm. Once you start connecting Price, Time, and Astro, you stop reacting and start understanding. This entire research isn’t a shortcut or signal system — it’s a structured method to align your trading with the natural vibration of the market.

The true edge lies in preparation, not prediction. When you see all three forces—price vibration, time cycles, and planetary triggers—coming together, you’re looking at the same blueprint Gann himself studied to forecast powerful moves.

Private Consultation & Trading Setup
